Certifications
People that contract services for their home or commercial buildings are best served when their contracted technicians listen closely to achieve what they want, are highly trained in the safe procedures of their operations, work to a safe and efficient plan of service, are courteous, discreet, and meticulous.
To this end, we require, as a condition of employment, that all of our field technicians demonstrate mastery of these traits by becoming certified in the areas of their operations that provide for a safe and efficient service with exemplary results. Our field technicians are continually in training to take ownership of providing our service within our clients’ comfort zones while we are on their property to achieve our goal of developing a continuous business relationship.
These required certifications are through the following association, institute & council:
International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) Safety Certification Program
American Ladder Institute's Ladder Safety Training
Safety First Onsite Training for Aerial Work Platform Operator
National Safety Council Defensive Driving Safety Training
